1. Car Rental Cancellations
Car rental cancellation policies vary by provider and booking type:
- Free Cancellation: Most prepaid bookings offer free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before pickup time. Exact window varies by provider.
- Pay-at-Counter Bookings: Generally cancellable at any time with no penalty.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a one-day charge.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to pick up a vehicle without prior cancellation will result in the full booking amount being charged.
2. GoFlyAir Cars Cancellations
GoFlyAir Cars cancellation policies are set by GoFlyAir and depend on the fare type purchased:
- Flexible/Refundable Fares: Fully refundable. Cancellation must be made before scheduled departure.
- Standard Fares: May be eligible for credit or partial refund, subject to GoFlyAir's fare rules and applicable fees.
- Non-Refundable Fares: Not eligible for cash refund. Travel credit may be issued per GoFlyAir's policy.
- GoFlyAir Cancellations: If GoFlyAir cancels your Cars, you are entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no charge.
3. How to Cancel Your Booking
To cancel a booking made through GoFlyAir Car Rental® assistance:

- Direct with provider: You may also cancel directly with the rental company or GoFlyAir using your confirmation number

- Credit Card Refunds: Typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
- Travel Credits: Usually issued within 24–48 hours to your account
- Check Refunds: May take 2–4 weeks (varies by provider)
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Pre-purchased fuel options on car rentals
- Non-refundable GoFlyAir add-ons (seat upgrades, checked baggage fees)
- Travel insurance premiums (unless cancelled within 14 days of purchase)
- No-show fees
6. Special Circumstances

7. Modifications vs. Cancellations
In many cases, modifying a booking (changing dates, pickup location, or Cars time) is preferable to full cancellation and may avoid cancellation fees. Our agents can help you explore all available options before cancelling.
8. GoFlyAir Car Rental® Service Fee Refunds
GoFlyAir Car Rental® does not charge service fees for booking assistance. Therefore, there are no GoFlyAir Car Rental® fees to refund. Any charges you incur are directly from the rental company or GoFlyAir.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or denied a refund you are entitled to, contact us and we will work with the service provider on your behalf to resolve the dispute.
