1. About GoFlyAir Car Rental®

GoFlyAir Car Rental® is an independent travel assistance service that provides booking support for car rentals and GoFlyAir Carss. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any rental car company or Cars, including but not limited to GoFlyAir.

All bookings made through GoFlyAir Car Rental® are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of the respective rental car company or Cars (including GoFlyAir). GoFlyAir Car Rental® acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the fulfillment of any travel service.

Prices quoted are estimates only and may be subject to change based on availability, dates, and provider pricing at the time of actual booking.

4. Payment & Fees

GoFlyAir Car Rental®'s assistance service is provided free of charge to travelers. We earn referral commissions from our rental and Cars partners when a booking is completed. You pay the rental company or Cars directly. No additional service fees are charged by GoFlyAir Car Rental® unless explicitly disclosed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the respective rental car company or Cars. GoFlyAir Car Rental® will assist you in initiating cancellations, but cannot guarantee refunds, as these are solely at the discretion of the service provider. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for more details.

6. GoFlyAir Cars Bookings

GoFlyAir Car Rental® provides booking assistance for GoFlyAir Carss. All Cars bookings are subject to GoFlyAir's terms, conditions, fare rules, and policies. Cars prices, availability, and baggage fees are set by GoFlyAir and may change without notice. GoFlyAir Car Rental® is not responsible for Cars delays, cancellations, or changes made by GoFlyAir.

7. Car Rental Requirements

GoFlyAir Car Rental® shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or any booking made through our assistance. Our maximum liability shall not exceed any fees paid to GoFlyAir Car Rental® for the specific service in question.

All content on the GoFlyAir Car Rental® website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of GoFlyAir Car Rental® and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
